Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Charging Policy

50% of the payment will be charged direct upon booking.

The remaining 50% will be paid at check-in.

For no-show customers, there will be a 100% charge with no refund.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds are provided for cancellations.

Check-in/Check-out Policy

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Check-out time: 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

Property Damage Policy

The credit card provided at the time of booking may be charged for any damages to the property

incurred during your stay that are attributed to you or your party.

Guest and Data Accuracy Policy

The personal information provided to our site must correspond to the actual guests staying at the property.
It is not permitted to make a booking on behalf of someone else. The person making the reservation must be one of the guests staying at the property.
Only the number of guests specified in the booking will be allowed to stay at the property. Hosting additional guests beyond the stated number is not permitted

House Rules

No pets are allowed on the property.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
Quiet hours must be observed from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Children under the age of 12 are not allowed at the property.
Smoking, Vaping inside the property is not allowed.

License

Unless otherwise stated, Alectrona Living and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Alectrona Living.

All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Alectrona Living for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

Republish material from Alectrona Living
Sell, rent or sub-license material from Alectrona Living
Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Alectrona Living
Redistribute content from Alectrona Living

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
